Manchester United Sign Real Madrid Highly Rated Defender On Four Year Deal

Real Madrid defender, Alvaro Fernandez has confirmed he has left the club and signed a four year contract with Premier League side, Manchester United.

The 17 year old contract with the Spanish Giants expired last month on the 30th, after he failed to agree fresh terms with Madrid.

This means Alvaro moves to Manchester United as a free agent this month.

Alvaro Fernandez joined Real Madrid from Deportivo La Coruña three years back.

It not an easy decision and he only have words of thanks to the club and supporters,” Alvaro wrote on his Instagram page.

He take the decision to leave this big club. The time has come to say goodbye and take another path in my footballing career as a young man.

The defender played for Real Madrid Junior team in his three seasons at the club , being known as an target Defender with an impressive physique and pace to score goals.

Alvaro is expected to feature for Manchester United reserves team next season, with the possibility of training with the senior team when defensive reinforcements are required to boost the back line.
