Manchester united could reportedly attempt to bring striker Ciro Immobile to old Trafford during this summer transfer window.

The 30 year old has been outstanding and brilliant this season and in form for his Italian club this current campaign, scoring 35 times in 34 appearances, including 29 goals in the Serie A outings.

Everton have also been linked with the Italy international , who has a contract with Simone side until the end of the 2022-23 season.

However , united are also currently exploring the possibility of signing the experienced Italy international this summer.

The reports claims that ole side is still looking for an ideal replacement for Lukaku despite managing to extend Odion Ighalo loan deal until January 2021 .

Immobile form this season sees him sit behind Robert Lewandoski in the race for European golden boot , while he has managed 116 goals in 167 appearances for Lazio since making that move from Sevilla in 2016 .

Chelsea has also been linked with the Italian but Manchester united are clear favourites to sign the 30 year old as the want to bolster their attacking options.
