Even before Chelsea`s loss to Manchester City, many knew that the blues had attacking problems. Chelsea can score goals but the only problem for the team is that most of their attacking midfielders are not in form.
Mason Mount, Hakim Ziyech, Kai Havertz, are supposed to be the top creators for Chelsea, but the three of them are struggling to be effective for Chelsea this season. Chelsea's performance against Manchester City shows that needs a midfielder that can connect the central midfield to the attack.
Mason Mount missed Chelsea`s match against Manchester City due to injury and Tuchel could not trust either Havertz or Ziyech to start the match because of their poor form. However, Chelsea have some good attacking midfielders that can be called back from their loan spells to help out the team.
Faustino Anjorin: A very strong and fast attacking midfielder who is not scared of taking any player on. Faustino Anjorin is very capable of leading the attack. Anjorin is currently on loan at Lokomotiv Moscow. Anjorin was given the number 10 shirt at the Russian club and that shows the club rates him highly.
Unlike Ziyech and Havertz Anjorin is very strong and does not lose possession easily. If he is recalled, he will surely help the team.
Conor Gallagher: Gallagher is currently starring for Crystal Place in the EPL. The English midfielder was loaned out by Thomas Tuchel, but his performances for Crystal Place have impressed so many Chelsea fans and some are even calling for him to be recalled.
Gallagher has scored twice for Crystal Palace and provided one assist. He has also managed to win two penalties for the South London Club in just 5 matches.
Thomas Tuchel needs to solve Chelsea`s attacking midfield problem soon, to help star striker Romelu Lukaku be more effective for the team. If the likes of Ziyech, Mount, and Havertz fail to impress, recalling players on loan could help Chelsea.
