Ole is out of his depth at Manchester United, he need to find balance for his team.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under pressure again at Manchester United, or at least he seems to be watching from the outside. Questions continue to be asked of the Norwegian manager, who is looking further and further away at Old Trafford this season and it could be argued that he is wasting Manchester United's best side since Sir Alex Fergusons' time at the club.

Cristiano Ronaldo must start Having recently left Cristiano Ronaldo out of the XI against Everton, Solskjaer came under fire with United failing to draw 1-1 with Rafael Benitezs' side at home. You should always start with your best players, Ferguson told Khabib Nurmagomedov on video, which naturally sparked controversy. But Solksjaer was willing to respond, and he was not going to accept the comments without counterattacking.

I'm pretty relaxed about it, but of course it's not fair to the manager for something like this to be broadcast, Solskjaer told a news conference. You always have opinions and you talk to people, you talk to people in confidence. I disagreed with the coach several times and told my wife several times that I disagreed with him, but that he never made headlines as a player. I'm sure Sir Alex knows that doesn't bother me. We all want to see Cristiano.

Cristiano is causing trouble

Beyond the constant conversations about the number 7 and what he can bring to United's game, the Portuguese has yet to mature beyond his post-match tantrums that became familiar at Juventus in his final Serie season.

After each of United's last three Premier League games, he has looked to head straight for the tunnel upon hearing the full-time whistle, understandably upset by the results. In Leicester, however, Solskjaer told him to go cheer on the fans before walking away. He made a half-hearted gesture to take a couple of steps closer before leaving the court.

Wasted talent

The Manchester United squad has not been built cheaply, and they now have more talent at the club than they have had for years, and possibly even more than some of Sir Alex Fergusons' teams had.

Jadon Sancho has not yet had a role in the team, Edinson Cavani has been displaced by the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, Mason Greenwood wants more playing time and the results do not come as they should. It's time for Solskjaer to be asked more serious questions at the board level, and he is more than fortunate to have had so much time on the job, given his coaching credentials and the equipment he has given him.
