The blues will then take on relegation threatened Fulham in another London derby which shouldn't be a stroll in the park for Chelsea, as Fulham themselves will be fighting for survival.
3. Man City vs Chelsea (8th May)
A potential slip up game for the blues, as they will take on Pep Guardiola's team at the Etihad stadium, with revenge certainly going to be on Man City's mind after being knocked out of the Fa cup by Chelsea.
4. Chelsea vs Arsenal (12th May)
Another London derby to worry about for Thomas Tuchel's men, and this time it will be against Mikel Arteta's team Arsenal.
5. Chelsea vs Leicester City (15th May)
Chelsea will face Leicester twice in the space of few days, with the first of those coming in the Epl, as both teams are battling it out for a top four finish.
