Atletico Madrid’s assistant manager confirmed today that Chelsea Owner Roman Abrahimovic wants the player at the Club and has sanctioned a move.
However, Chelsea are set to offer a fee in the region of £80million to sign the player this month. Also, it has been reported that Chelsea are also considering offering Kepa Arrizabalaga plus cash in order to sign Jan Oblak.

According to reports, Chelsea are keen to offer Bayern Leverkusen a fee of £75million to complete the transfer of the highly talented playmaker. 21-year old Kai Havertz is regarded as one of the best German talents ever produced and his arrival will be huge for Chelsea.
