Lukaku, Werner injured as Chelsea beats Malmo 4-0 in CL

Chelsea secured a comfortable win against Malmo in their Champions League game earlier tonight at Stamford Bridge.

Thomas Tuchel would be really pleased with the performance of his players as they controlled possession all through the game.

Chelsea grabbed their first goal of the game in the 9th minute as Adreas Christensen volleyed the ball past Malmo's goalkeeper.

Christensen's goal against Malmo was his first ever goal for Chelsea and it came at the right time.

Romelu Lukaku was brought down in the box four minutes later. Jorginho stepped up to double Chelsea's lead as he calmly slotted the ball home.from the spot.

Chelsea went into the break with a two goal lead and it all seem like the game is over for Malmo.

Thomas Tuchel's side started from where they left off in the second half. German attacker, Kai Havertz grabbed Chelsea's third goal of the night before Jorginho sealed the victory with another strike from the penalty spot.

After Chelsea's perfect performance against Malmo, there are two players who might give Thomas Tuchel selection headache in the next game.

Kai Havertz and Jorginho had a very good game against Malmo. Tuchel might consider using both players when Chelsea take on Norwich in the Premier League.

However, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Timo Werner would have to be dropped to the bench. Loftus-Cheek has been very outstanding for Chelsea in recent games and putting him on the bench against Norwich might not be a good idea.

Chelsea also lost their strikers to injury against Malmo. Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner sustained serious injuries in the game. Both attackers are set to miss Chelsea's next game against Norwich.
