UEFA Champions League

UCL: 3 Big Teams Likely To Lose Their Games In The Champions League On Tuesday And Wednesday.

1. Manchester United.

The Red Devils will be taking on Atalanta at Old Trafford on Wednesday, a chance for Ole Gunnar Solkjaer to get his side back on the winning trail. In as much as Atalanta have not been at their best this season, they are still a dangerous side to face. Manchester United have not won any of their last 2 matches and the pressure is piling up on their manager. If any of the two teams are going to come out on top in this one, they would have to be at their very best. It seems a close one to call but given the surprise results we've seen in the Champions League this season, I won't be wrong if I say am expecting Atalanta to get a point or two out of his game.

2. Paris Saint Germain.

The French side would be taking on RB Leipzig at the Parc Des Princes in what is their third Champions League game of the season. PSG are top of their group table and would be looking to extend the lead with a win over RB Leipzig, that is if Manchester city losses to Club Brugge. This game is a very tricky one and PSG have struggled in their last few games both domestically and in Europe. One can argue that they made an easy meal of Manchester city in their last Champions League game and would destroy Leipzig but that's not how football logic works.

Leipzig can spring an upset against PSG here and they would be eager to do so given their previous poor performances against Club Brugge and Manchester city.

3. Atletico Madrid.

Diego Simeone's men are taking on Liverpool and this already looks like 3 points in the bag for Jürgen Klopp's men. Liverpool is in a rich vein of form and would be too good for Atletico Madrid. Atletico have not been bad this season but anyone who have watched Liverpool play this season would know that the odds are against Atletico here. I would say it's an easy win for Liverpool.
