CHE vs MAL: Chelsea Predicted Lineup Against Malmo

Chelsea will be seeking an emphatic win against Malmo on Wednesday to get their Champions League campaign back on track.

Thomas Tuchel's side were defeated by Juventus last time out, but will be looking for revenge against Malmo, who are bottom of Group H after conceding seven goals in their first two European games.

Here is my predicted line-up for the game.

Mendy (GK): Mendy, the hero of Brentford's victory, deserved another start here.

Thiago Silva (CB): After a late return from international service, he missed the Brentford match and should be in good shape.

Sarr (CB): Although Antonio Rudiger has returned to training, Sarr impressed against Brentford and deserves to play more minutes while the German is recovering.

Andreas Christensen (CB): Christensen is back to his best form and is one of the first names on the squad sheet.

Saul Niguez (CM): N'Golo Kante's abilities are unlikely to be required in this match, thus the Frenchman should be rested and replaced by Saul, who deserves another chance to impress Tuchel.

Jorginho (CM): Jorginho has recently lost his starting spot and will be looking to reclaim it with a strong performance here.

James (RM): James, who came in as a late substitution against Brentford, is ready for additional playing time as he recovers from an ankle problem.

Marcos Alonso (LM): Ben Chilwell is deserving of a start, although he may be rested in this game.

Mason Mount (AM): Mount's pressing game was missing against Juventus, and Tuchel can't afford to drop him in this match.

Kai Havertz (AM): Havertz has struggled for minutes recently, and he might need a start here, especially with Chelsea's strikers struggling.

Lukaku (CF): Lukaku needs a goal to break out of his drought, and he'll be hoping to score one or two against Malmo.
