9. Rafel Benitez – 781 Million dollars

He spent 781 million Dollars for transfer. His record transfer was Gonzalo Higuain, who he took to Napoli in 2013 from Real Madrid for a fee of $43M.

It was at Valencia that Benitez won the La Liga title in 2001/2 and 2003/4. He also won the UEFA Cup in 2004. He then moved to Liverpool, where he guided the team to the memorable Champions League title on 2005. 

Rafa Benitez is now the new coach of Dalian Yifang after leaving Premier League club Newcastle.

His record transfer was James Rodriguez who he took from Porto to Monaco in 2013 for a fee of $50M. Claudio Ranieri is one of the eight managers to win the Premier League.
