Chelsea have identified Hakimi Achraf as a potential wing-back who could fit into Thomas Tuchel's plans but they seem to have lost the battle of signing him. PSG have agreed personal terms with the right-back and are even ready to pay his €70m buy-out clause.
Chelsea technical director,Marina Granovskaia does not intend on paying €70m for this youngster instead she prefers paying €50m with the addition of either Emerson or Marcos Alonso which Inter Milan does detests.
Marina does not want to miss out again, she has tabled a new offer for Erling Haaland. The previous offer was €70m plus Tammy Abraham but now the money has been added to €85m plus the addition of Tammy Abraham. Chelsea value Tammy Abraham at €40m,adding him to Haaland's deal will make the deal to be around €115m.
Dortmund have still not responded to this offer, they need only €150m for Haaland.Signing a striker remains Chelsea's main motive this season, Timo Wernerbis not trusted enough to lead the frontline despite having good back-up players like Kai Havertz, Pulisic and Mason Mount.
Marina Granovskaia has her own policy while makung deals, this have helped Chelsea a lot over the years.
