This result means Chelsea lead Liverpool with a point and Liverpool are also ahead of Manchester City with 1 point, while Manchester United , Everton and Brighton are all level with 14 points to sit on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th position in the Premier League table respectively.

The Blues could take all 6 points in this two fixtures. The clash between Zenit Saint Petersburg and Juventus will determine Chelsea's position in group H table. If Zenit Beat Juventus, Chelsea will top group of H, if they also beat Juventus at Stamford Bridge. This could help Chelsea meet a smaller team in the knockout stages that could help them progress to quarter-finals, as they are in contention to retain the title this season.

2. The international break could help Chelsea injured Player's to recover fully.

The return of N'golo Kante from Covid 19 isolation, Christian Pulisic from injury could be good news for the Blues, as they will go into the clash with a full fitted squad.
