BHA 1-1 CRY: How Gallagher helped Palace salvage a point

The Brighton vs. Crystal Palace rivalry in South London was well worth seeing since the players were well matched and the emotions were high.

For much of the first half, Brighton was in complete command of the match. They had missed a penalty and had a goal annulled in the opening 45 minutes of the game.

In the second half, Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock was keen to turn the tables. His new strategy allowed his squad to better manage the ball and the game in the second half than they had in the first.

A goal from Chelsea's Conor Gallagher set the tone for the Eagles and he added five assists to his tally for the season.

Throughout the game, the player made crucial blocks and helped set up the squad for a counterattack.

Despite Crystal Palace's unfortunate own goal by Anderson, his ability to cover up the defense and also assist in the attack was big assistance.

Gallagher will need to keep up his recent fine form if he wants to play regularly for Chelsea next season.
