BAR 0 VS 0 OSA: Recap of the first half as Barca had no shot on target against 10 men Osasuna team.

Xavi and his men locked horns with Osasuna on match day 33 in the Spanish League competition. The last time both teams met, the match ended in a 2-1 win in Barca's favor. The home side lined up in a 4-3-3 formation while the visiting team started the game in a 4-3-2-1 formation.

The home side kicked off the game strongly as they pushed forward for an early goal. The visiting team sat deep in their half hoping to hit Barca on a counterattack. Both teams kept searching for their first attempt of the game. Barca won a corner in the 8th minute but could not score from it.

The opening 10 minutes ended with the home side as the better team in terms of ball possession. Balde tried a close-range effort in the 14th minute but it was comfortably saved by the goalkeeper.

Xavi's men kept mounting the pressure as they won a corner in the 21st minute but could not find the target. Pedri missed a good chance to score in the 25th minute. Osasuna was reduced to 10 men in the 25th minute as Herrando was shown a red card. Raphinha stepped up to take the free kick but it was inches off the crossbar.

Raphinha missed a chance to score from long range in the 32nd minute.Gavi was substituted in the 35th minute for Fati as he sustained an injury.

Barca won a corner in the 41st minute but Araujo could not find the target with his header. The opening 45 minutes ended in a goalless draw.
