More fixtures were played today in the European world cup qualifiers, as we got to see Italy salvage a narrow 1-1 draw against Switzerland at the Stadio Olimpico. Silvan Widmer and Giovanni Di Lorenzo got on the scoresheet to secure a point each for their respective countries.
We also got to see Poland comfortably defeat Andorra 4-1 at the Estadi Nacional Andorra with Ballon D'or favourite, Robert Lewandowski bagging a brace and an assist in the clash.
While England put up an outstanding performance tonight as they cruised past Albania with a 5-0 win at the Wembley Stadium. Harry Kane (3), Harry Maguire and Jordan Henderson all got on the scoresheet to secure the well deserved three points for the three lions at their home stadium.
