Ronaldo Wants Manchester City Move As Juventus Vice Chairman Gives Update On His Future At The Club

Portugal star, Cristiano Ronaldo have reportedly told his Seria a club, Juventus, that he wants to leave the club amid interest from Manchester City. The Juventus star only has one year left for his contract with the Italian club to end.

The 36-year-old is reportedly pushing for a move away from the as his future is unsure at Juventus. The Portugal international have attracted interest from his former clubs Real Madrid and Manchester United. Meanwhile Manchester City are not willing to pay any fee for the Portugal international as they intend using a player to swap for the services of the Portugal superstar.

Former Juventus president Giovanni Gigli says Ronaldo is hindering Juventus from winning the Seria a back and wants him sold before the summer transfer window closes. Meanwhile Juventus head coach, Allegri is less convinced that Ronaldo will leave this summer despite dropping him to the bench in Juventus league opener against Udinese.

Ronaldo who secured a move to the serie a club for around €100m in 2018 is into the last year of his contract. The Portugal international might complete a move to Manchester City in few days.
