Bayern's defeat means Real Madrid remains the only team to have successfully done this in the UCL.

Champions League holders, Bayern Munich were eliminated from the Competition on Tuesday night by Paris Saints-Germain after away goals made Paris Saints-Germain advance into the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League.

Although, Bayern Munich were 1-0 winner at the Parc de Prince on Tuesday night against Paris Saints-Germain, but the French Ligue 1 Champions went through on away goals after a 3-3 draw on aggregate.

Bayern Munich's defeat means Real Madrid remains the only team to have successfully defended the UEFA Champions League.

Infact they did it twice.

Zinedine Zidane's men won the UEFA Champions League back-to-back in 2016, 2017, and 2018 defeating some of the world's best team to retain the Champions League title.
