Real Madrid has done it again. Madrid were at home to Villarreal on Thursday evening to continue their search for their 34th Laliga tittle and they have done it. Madrid has been in terrific form since the restart of the league, after the long pause from football due to the corona virus pandemic. Madrid have won all their 10 games scoring 19 and conceding just 4.
Madrid won Villarreal 2-1 to seal the Laliga tittle. Goals from Karim Benzema in the both half of the game was enough to give Madrid their 34th Laliga triumph.
Madrid fans will however be sad as the Club president Florientino Perez made an important announcement after the win. While reacting to the trophy the President congratulated the team especially those who have suffered with the team and could not be with the team to celebrate with them.
Madrid will however have to say goodbye to signing of Players linked to them for example Pogba, Mbappe, Harland,Havertz and host of others at Least for this summer has Perez announced that there will not be any big summer signings. Perez said " There will be NO big signings this summer. The situation is bad; you can not ask the players to lower their salary and then make such signings"
This announcement have brought an end to all speculations of any big name this summer. But i think Madrid will do just fine without those players I next season.
Congratulations to MY TEAM Madrid for a job well done
