The post-lockdown EPL experience hasn't been easy as fans are not allowed to fill the stadiums for the fear of contracting the dreaded novel Corona virus. Instead, pictures of fans are put on seats in stadiums. But the EPL still thrills us while we watch at home. Now, it seems more interesting and competitive most especially the fight for the top four teams. And now, with one or two matches left for some teams, the EPL for 2019/20 will soon come to an end. Since it resumed, some teams have been up in their games while some have been really struggling. Some teams have surprisingly had more points in this short period.
Below are 3 teams that have had more points since the resumption of the EPL:
1. Man City (from 57 - 75 points)
Pep Guardiola's side has had more more than any other team since the EPL's resumption. They gained 18 points.
2. Manchester United (from 45 - 62 points)
Ole's side has also impressed everyone. They have gained 17 points since the EPL resumed.
3. Burnley (from 39 - 54 points)
Surprising right? Burnley have gained more points even surpassing the league's champion, Liverpool. They have gained 15 points.
I will say kudos to Burnley for putting in their best. Before the lockdown, they were at number 10 but now they've moved up to number 9.
