Graham should adopt the style of pairing Kante and other midfielders.

With the Chelsea squad having a beautiful comeback from injury problems as the likes of Zakaria and Kanté have reportedly returned to training, Potter will have a better chance of solving the problem of Chelsea's midfield position.

But Potter should consider adopting the pattern of switching his pairing combo of midfielders.

Reasons:

It will enhance the adapting bond of Chelsea's midfielders with each other: The problem Chelsea is facing at midfield at the moment might be traced to the time of mistakes of Chelsea's past managers who only built the strength of Chelsea's midfield around the pairing of Kante, Jorginho, and Kovacic alone leaving the likes of Loftus-cheek, Mason Mount and Co. If these past managers were switching midfield pairing like pairing Kante and Loftus-cheek, Kovacic and Mason, etc, then Chelsea's midfield problem won't be felt during the absence of Kante. The likes of Denis Zakaria, Enzo Fernandez, Conor Gallagher, and Loftus-cheek are all good young players that need more experience to unleash their great potential. Potter should keep pairing Kante with Kovacic, Enzo, Gallagher, Zakaria, And Loftus-cheek. Sometimes Potter should also pair Kovacic with the young players and rest Kante so that the bond between Kovacic and these young midfielders will be strengthened.

This will reduce the problem of Chelsea's midfield position and selection: If these players bond well with one another, then Chelsea's midfield problem would be sorted out whether in the presence or absence of N'golo Kanté. Hence this will enhance Chelsea's performance because the midfield position is always the engine room of every successful performance of any club.
