Argentina legendary attacker Lionel Messi was spotted in tears after finally celebrating the Copa America title with Argentina fans on Friday morning in Buenos Aires.

After Argentina players celebrated their Copa America title in front of almost 20,000 fans, Lionel Messi stole the show after scoring his 79th international career goal for Argentina, making history once again and surpassing the South American men's record held by Brazilian legend, Pele.

The Argentina National team captain scored all 3 goals as Argentina defeated Bolivia 3-0 in their World Cup qualifier match.

Lionel Messi now becomes the top international goal scorer in South American history after overtaken Brazil's Pele 77 goal mark with his hat trick against Bolivia on Friday morning.

Lionel Messi got on the score sheet 79 times in 153 appearances for Argentina.
