The new Barca No.10 Ansu Fati scored a sensational goal on Sunday evening in what seemed like an emotional comeback after a 10-month layoff with injury to the knee, sustained in a match against Real Betis in November 2020 which has since kept him out of play.
It was indeed an emotional night when Fati was introduced and it took just 10 mins for the young Barca talisman to register his name on the scoresheet, following a fast break which involved the youngester playing around a Levante defender before unleashing a venomous low strike from the mouth of the 18 yard box into the right-hand side of Levante goalkeeper's goal post.
The short cameo was greeted by a host of congratulatory messages from both fans and Barcelona players with Fati after the game sharing his thoughts on what was a pleasurable night for him.
When quizzed about being the new Barca No.10 and filling into the shoes of it's previous owner Lionel Messi, he said he wasn't pressured at all, that he's thankful for the opportunity.
indeed it was a special comeback night for not just the the demunitive youngster but for all lovers of Football Club of Barcelona.
