Eighteen year old La Masia sensation iliax Moriba made his official league debut with Barca on Saturday, in the big win versus Alaves at the Camp nou.
Iliax had a debut to remember, after a scintillating display at the heart of the barca midfield. The young Spaniard marked the occasion with an assist for Barca's opener, putting the ball on the plate for Trincao, who unleashed a powerful drive into the back of the net.
Yesterday, the 18 year old shared a childhood picture of himself and Leo Messi with the caption "How it started" and a current picture playing alongside Leo, with the caption "how it's going". The message from the picture was never to give up on your dream, no matter what.
The youngster popular known as the La Masia Paul Pogba also set a new record in Laliga, becoming the youngest player in the league history this century to provide an assist on his debut. More to come from this young man!
Iliax has made two appearance already for Barca(copa del ray and league), and has an assist to his name already. A new star is born at Barca.
