What Tuchel Should Do To Maintain Top Of The Table After The International Break

The football world is currently on an international duty and most of Thomas Tuchel's men are out on international duty. Thomas Tuchel needs this time to re-strategize in order to maintain the top of the table. Chelsea went to the top of the table after the win against Southampton, thanks to the draw between Man City and Liverpool, the blues were able to maintain their position on the top of the table before the international break.

Below is the Premier League Table

Thomas Tuchel should take the extra steps in order to maintain his position on the table and eventually win the league. Firstly, he should maintain his 3-5-3 formation so that the new players especially Lukaku can get used to the formation and be able to score more goals. Chelsea is supposed to play minor teams till the day they face Man U, and they(Chelsea) are not supposed to drop any point to maintain their position on the table. Tuchel played the 4-3-3 formation at PSG and he is trying to bring that same formation to Chelsea, this might not work because Chelsea current squad doesn't have the players that can comfortably play that formation.

Also, Tuchel should manage his top players like Kante, Thiago Silva, Azpilicueta and try to save them for the big matches. In recent games especially against top teams, Chelsea try to play more defensive football especially against Man City and that cost them a lot. Tuchel should play more attacking football even with the 3-5-3 formation and try everything possible to get lead goals, which will help massively in securing a win that will help him to maintain his current position and maybe win the Premier League trophy.
