WAT 0-5 LIV: Two Players That Deserve Special Praise As Liverpool Climbs The Top Of The PL Table

Liverpool secured a comfortable win against Watford in what was an interesting game of football earlier this afternoon.

Jorgen Klopp would be really pleased with the performance of his players especially in the first half.

Liverpool dominated possession in the early stages of the game as they couldn't stop creating chances.

Sadio Mane grabbed the first goal after receiving a brilliant pass from Mohammed Salah who is presently in a great form.

Things got better for Liverpool before the end of the first half as Firmino capitalised on Ben Foster's unlikely mistake.

The Brazilian attacker doubled Liverpool's lead in the 37th minute to put Watford in a difficult situation.

Roberto Firmino scored his second goal after the interval as he curled a beautiful strike past Ben Forster. It got even worse for Watford when Mohammed Salah made it four in the 54th minute.

The scoreline just didn't end there as Roberto Firmino completed a hat-trick with a spectacular goal in the 91st minute.

Liverpool's win against Watford takes them to the top of the Premier League table with two points above Chelsea.

Mohammed Salah and Roberto Firmino deserve special praise as their performance helped Liverpool climb the top of the Premier League table.
