Former academy player Tammy Abraham was called up to Chelsea senior team under Frank Lampard. The striker happened to get a regular start under Frank Lampard and try to give in his best for the team, but he was seen as not being up to the task which led to the signing of Timo Werner from Leipzig. Still, under Thomas Tuchel, the Nigerian boy was not given enough opportunity to prove himself but he managed to produce goals anytime he was called upon, unlike Timo Werner.
Because of not having enough playing time, the 22-year-old decided to join Jose Mourinho's team in the summer transfer window. Jose Mourinho brought out the best in the young striker and Tammy Abraham has been in his top form scoring goals and providing assists. Should Roma face Chelsea in any match at all, Tammy Abraham shouldn't fail to celebrate when he scores. Most players do not celebrate their goals against their former clubs just as a form of respect to the club. Tammy shouldn't do the same because the club has not in any form respected the striker. Tammy Abraham gave his best to the success of the team when the team needed it(success) most. He graduated from Chelsea academy and should have been allowed to prove himself just like Mason mount and Callum Hudson-Odoi who as well graduated from the same academy as Tammy Abraham.
What do you think about this? Should Abraham consider respecting the club when he scores a goal against Chelsea? Leave your thoughts in the comment box
