The 21 years old Chelsea defender is currently battling with an injury, but that did not stop the England coach from including him in their squad.
It will be interesting to see if Chelsea will be willing to release an injured Reece James to play the role of a third choice right-back for England.
3. Antonio Rudiger.
The 28 years old centre-back is one of the three Chelsea players who got a call-up to the Germany squad for their upcoming games.
Germany will be starting their October international break with a home game against Romania before playing North Macedonia away.
4. Kai Havertz.
The 22 years old attacking midfielder was also included in the Germany squad despite his poor performances at club level this season.
5. Timo Werner.
The 25 years old striker also got a call-up to the German national team squad, and he will be hoping to continue his recent form in front of goal.
6. Romelu Lukaku.
A couple of on loan and former Chelsea players made the Belgium national team squad but Lukaku is the only current first-team player who was included.
Belgium is one of the four countries that will be competing in the UEFA Nations League semifinal during the October international break. Their first game is against France, and they could play either Italy or Spain by qualifying for the final.
A third-place match will also be played if they fail to qualify for the final by defeating France.
7. Mateo Kovacic.
The 27 years old midfielder has been included in the Croatia national team squad for their upcoming fixtures.
Croatia will be playing against Cyprus and Slovakia during the October break.
Jorginho is the only Chelsea first-team player included in the Italy national team squad for the October international break.
Italy is one of the four teams that will be competing to win the UEFA Nations League trophy. They will be playing a semifinal game against Spain for a place in the final.
9. Cesar Azpilicueta.
Azpilicueta is one of the two Chelsea players who were included in the Spain squad for the October international break.
Spain will also be competing in the Nations League, and their first match is against Italy.
10. Marcos Alonso.
The 30 years old fullback has earned a recall to the Spain squad after a long-term absence.
11. Thiago Silva.
The 37 years old defender will be representing the Brazil national team during the October international break despite the threat of a 10 days quarantine upon his return to England.
Brazil will be playing three games against Venezuela, Colombia and Uruguay during the break.
12. Andreas Christensen.
Christensen was included in the Denmark squad that will be playing two World Cup qualifying games against Moldova and Austria.
13. Edouard Mendy.
Mendy was included in the Senegal national team squad that will be playing a home and away World Cup qualifying game against Namibia during the international break.
