Aubameyang Key To Arsenal's Top 4 Hopes As They Move To 9th Position On The EPL Table

English Premier League giants Arsenal, got back to winning ways as they beat Aston Villa 3-1 at the Emirate Stadium to secure all 3 points (This is coming after Arsenal drew their last Premier League match against Crystal Palace few days ago).

Thomas Partey (scored in the 23rd minutes), Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (scored in the 45th minutes) and Emile Smith-Rowe (scored in 56th minutes) were on target for Arsenal, as Aston Villa could not handle the first 45 minutes pressure from Mikel Arteta's men. Arsenal's win took them to 9th on the Premier League table, as they will be hoping other matches favors them this weekend as they seek to continue their top four charge and a possible league title this season.

Arsenal's captain Aubameyang, has been instrumental for Arsenal this season, as he has scored 4 goals from 8 Premier League appearances this season. Arsenal fans will be hoping Aubameyang, can continue with his goal scoring form this season as he only managed 10 goals from 29 league appearances last season, which saw Arsenal finish below the Champions League and Europa league spot for the first time in 25-years.

Aubameyang, still remains one of the best strikers in the league, as he has proven over time how good he is in front of goals (Aubameyang has scored over 86 goals in all competitions since he arrives at Arsenal in 2018).

Mikel Arteta has shown over the last couple of weeks, that he is still the right man for Arsenal as he is yet to suffer any other defeat since his first opening three matches of the season (Arsenal lost to Brentford, Chelsea and Manchester City in their first three games of the season without scoring a goal). After some good performance in September, Arteta was awarded manager of the month as Arsenal won all their matches last month.
