The Former Man United Manager That Can Perfom Better If He Replaces Ole

Most football analysts and former United stars like Paul Scholes and Gary Nevile have predicted that Ole Gunnar Solskjær might be relieved of his job as the coach of Manchester United if this current trend of poor performances continues.

Amidst the different managers that can take over from Ole, I think David Moyes can perform better.

Without any iota of sentiment or prejudice, Manchester United's performance this season has been poor and inconsistent. One time they will look strong and ready to gun for trophies, and the next time they will look weak and passionless.

As you probably know, consistency is a very important recipe for success, and with Man United's current level of performance, I seriously doubt if they can achieve any major success this season except Ole ups his game or a better manager like David Moyes takes over the leadership of the team.

David Moyes was the manager that took over the management of the team from sir Alex Fergusson after he retired in 2013. Although Moyes wasn't really successful in his first attempt, he currently has one key attribute that Ole doesn't have which is experience.

Moyes has coached top teams like Everton, Real Sociedad, Sunderland and now West Ham United which has morphed into a formidable team in EPL currently. Without doubts he is one of the best managers in the world and I think he will do well if he gets a second chance of writing his past wrongs.

This is one thing experience gives a manager. His previous failures helps him learn how to manage things better and how to avoid trivial errors that can cost him important points or games.

Besides all of these, Moyes has a similar coaching style to Alex Ferguson. He understands counter attacking football very well which is Man United traditional style of play.

His achievement in West Ham for the last two season is simply commendable and he can do better if given a more quality team like Manchester United.
