The English Premier League, despite been a European league, has seen a good number of African talents showcasing their talents. There have been a few African players who have written their names in the sands of time in terms of goals being scored.

Sadio Mané (95)
Today, the Senegalese International striker, Sadio Mané overtakes Nigeria's Yakubu Ayegbeni in as he enters into fourth place. Mané's sumptuous goals against Premier League rivals, Burnley put him in fourth place in the list (96 goals). The goal was also his first goal of the 2021/2022 season.
With the season just starting, it is likely that Senegal international will reach second place. Good work from the player.
