Diego Costa is no doubt one of the best strikers we have seen in years. He started his football career back in 2006 and is very active till now.

He currently plays for the Brazilian side; Atlético Mineiro. Costa his name known at Chelsea and Atlético Madrid His ball control and scoring ability made him one of the best in the business.

Costa is originally from Spain, but was born and brought up in Brazil. He joined the Brazilian national team in 2013, after making just 2 appearances, he decided to join the Spanish team, and he plays there to date.

1. Michel Platini

Michel Platini was an amazing attacking Midfielder during his days. He played for Juventus back then and was amazing on the pitch.

Known as one of the greatest footballers of all time, he won the Ballon d'Or award 3 good times.

Lead the French national team to the European championship in 1984, among his other achievements. He shocked fans when he left Spain to play for Kuwait in 1988. He only played one game with the team, before his retirement.

2. Jermaine Jones

Jermaine Jones is next on this list, he is a retired player and incredible back in the day.

He played as a Midfielder, for Bayer Leverkusen and Schalke 04.

He also made his international debut at the German national team in 2008, but in 2010, he joined the United States team, after making just 3 apperances for the European nation. He retired with 69 appearances and 4 goals for the American team.

3. Nacer Chadli

Nacer Chadli is next on this list, he is still an active player, he currently plays for the Turkish side; İstanbul Başakşehir as an attacking midfielder and winger.

He is known to be a part of the Belgian national team, but he started with Morocco in 2010 but he left after playing just one game.

So far, he has made 66 appearances for Belgium, and has scored 8 goals.
