Chelsea in 'Secret Talks' With Inter Milan Star

According to Matt Law via the Express, Chelsea are in secret transfer talks behind the scenes as they look to bring Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge.

The 28-year-old is coming off an impressive season in Italy as his side lifted the Serie A title. Lukaku scored 24 goals in 36 Serie A matches for Inter last season.

Chelsea Defender Set To Join EPL Club

According to the report, Champions League winners Chelsea have agreed to a deal with fellow EPL club Southampton for the transfer of Dynel Simeu. 

The 19-year-old's contract at Chelsea expired in June and he is now effectively a free agent. The club has failed to convince him to sign a new deal and he is now set to return to his home city and join Southampton.
