Super Eagles of Nigeria dazzler, Samuel Chukwueze was in action on Wednesday night for Villarreal in their third game of the UEFA champions league Group F ties against Young Boys at the Stade de Suisse Wankdorf.
The Nigerian star started the game from the bench due to tactical reason having just made his return from injury in their last game and he was able to impress.
The Nigerian dazzler in the game came off the bench after he was introduced in the 90th minute to score the final goal for his side in their five-goal thriller which was instrumental in the crucial win of the night.
The Unai Emery's side took a double lead in the first half courtesy of goals from Yeremi Pino in the 6th minute and Gerard Moreno in the 16th minute to make it two goals to nil going into the half time break.
The tempo of the game got more intensed in the second half as they both displayed some dazzling skills with the host getting their first in the 77th minute with a goal from Meschack Elia to make it two goals to one.
The Yellow submarines stepped up their game as they extended the lead in the 88th minute with a goal from Alberto Moreno to make it three goals to one, before Samuel Chukwueze sealed the massive win for his side in the 90+2 minutes to make it four goals to one at full time as every other attempts to add more to the tally from both sides proved abortive.
The win for Villarreal in the show of the night has now taken them to the 3rd spot on the table with 4 points in 3 games played as they will be hoping to keep the winning streaks going in their next fixture, so as to continue their pursuit in the competition tieing at the same point with Atalanta who sit at the 2nd spot on the table.
Samuel Chukwueze having announced his arrival with a superb delivery will now be looking forward to continuing his goal scoring form for his side in their next game.
