Chelsea FC manager, Lampard will not be using the youngster as a replacement or backup for Kepa Arrizabalaga in the coming campaign. However, the goal keeper is returning out of the Stamford bridge on loan this season.
Sharman-Lowe is going to return on a loan deal to the Pirelli Stadium with the League One outfit.
He is from Burton's academyand he was on bench last season for 7 games in League One and FA cup.
The young goal keeper got his first cap for the England U-17s in February this year and he played some pre season for Burton Albion before signing for Chelsea.
“‘I’m excited to be joining such a great club, especially as they are known for bringing on young players,” Sharman-Lowe told the club’s website.
Chelsea FC manager Frank Lampard might still sign another goal keeper as a competition or replacement for Kepa Arrizabalaga, and there are a few targeted possible transfers.
