
Former Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo is on his way to Saudi Arabia premier league giants Al-Shabab Football Club.
Ighalo has departed England for his Al-Shabab medical after his parent club Shanghai Shenhua reached agreement for his transfer from the club.

Chinese Super league side Shanghai Shenhua reached agreement for the departure of the striker following the expiration of his loan deal with Premier League giants Manchester United.

Ighalo confirmed he's traveling to Saudi Arabia after sharing pictures of himself with his agent along with their luggages on his timeline.


The new deal with Al-Shabab FC will be a permanent one and the goal poacher is expected to earn more than £240,000 weekly from the Club.

The 31-year-old forward is at the tail end of his career and his aim is to make more money for himself and his family.

Should everything goes according to plans the deal could be announced in the next few hours.

Ighalo scored five goals goals for Manchester United in 23 appearances sin all competitions.
