Boost for Chelsea as star player is fit for Brentford's game

Chelsea football club has been handed a timely boost as star man is declared fit and available for today's game.

The Blues will take a short trip to Brentford Community Stadium, the venue of the premier league match against Brentford FC and Romelu Lukaku will be traveling with the rest of the first-team squad for that encounter.

The Belgium international forward handed Chelsea an injury scare after returning to the club earlier than expected and speaking after their match against France in the Nations League, Red Devils head coach, Roberto Martinez said the player is nursing muscle fatigue.

The gaffer went further to say he can't put a time frame on the player's return date but the good news for Chelsea fans is that Romelu Lukaku is fit.

However, Thomas Tuchel is relieved to welcome his striker even though he has other issues to worry about ahead of the match. Thiago Silva is a doubt for the match against the Bees following his involvement in Brazil's game against Uruguay which took place on Friday.
