Mason Mount is one of the most promising youngsters in football. He's a talented young player and the reason behind Chelsea success in 2020/2021 season.

During the era of Frank Lampard as Chelsea Boss, Mason Mount was one of the most used players in the Blues squad and the arrival of Thomas Tuchel didn't deny Mason Mount his playing time. Mount is an highly consistent player and he has been highly impressive in performance since marking his debut for Chelsea.

Mason Mount favorite players were Frank Lampard, Luka Modric and Iniesta before he eventually joined Chelsea in 2005.

Mason Mount began his senior career with Chelsea after he was loaned out to Derby County and Vitesse between 2017 and 2019. Mason Mount made his debut for Chelsea Under 18 team at the age of 15. He scored 10 goals in 30 games during Chelsea's 2017/2018 Under 18 premier league campaign.

Mount won two FA Youth Cups, UEFA Youth League and was named Chelsea Academy player of the year. He was later promoted to Chelsea first team at the age of 18.

Mason Mount featured in all Chelsea matches in 2020/2021 season. He captained Chelsea's first team for the first time in a 3-1 win at home over Luton Town in the FA Cup.

Mount later scored his first goal in European competition during Chelsea's 2-0 win over Porto in the quarter finals of the UEFA Champions league becoming the youngest Chelsea player to score in the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions league.

Mason Mount was named Chelsea player of the year in 2020/2021 season. He also helped Chelsea win the 2021 UEFA Champions league title after his impressive performance in the competition. Mount also won the 2021 Super Cup after Chelsea defeated Villareal in the final.

Mason Mount is now among the shortlisted players for the 2021 Ballon d'or. He has been nominated for the Ballon d'or award alongside other Chelsea stars including Romelu Lukaku, N'golo Kante and Jorginho.
