Barcelona are under increased financial difficulties, and the 23-year-old has not convinced them enough to stay in Xavi Hernandez's squad for next season.
Tottenham to schedule further talks with Julian Nagelsmann
The Mirror has reported that Tottenham Hotspur are looking to have further talks with Julian Nagelsmann in the upcoming days. The German manager is interested to succeed Antonio Conte at the London-based club but will only join after his given clarity about a few aspects. The former Bayern Munich manager wants clarity over Kane’s position with Manchester United interested in signing the Three Lions’ forward, assurances over transfers, the level of squad investment and overhauling the squad.
Newcastle scout Szoboszlai and Haidara
Newcastle have had scouts watching RB Leipzig players Dominik Szoboszlai and Amadou Haidara, according to Sky Germany. It is understood that the pair have been watched by Eddie Howe’s side several times this season, with scouts observing the midfielders at both home and away games - most recently in the 2-0 defeat at Bayer Leverkusen on April 23.
Newcastle’s interest in Hungarian international Szoboszlai is understood to be greater but the RB Leipzig head coach Marco Rose is planning for next season with the 22-year-old in his squad. There has been no contact between the clubs.

OFFICIAL: Bolton boss Evatt signs new deal
Bolton manager Ian Evatt has signed a new three-year contract with the club. The new deal - which runs until June 2026 - follows Bolton's qualification for the League One play-offs, after Evatt led them to promotion from League Two in his first season in charge. This season Bolton also won the Papa Johns Trophy - their first cup silverware in 34 years.
OFFICIAL: Luke Chambers signs new Liverpool contract
Luke Chambers has signed a new contract with Liverpool FC. The 18-year-old put pen to paper on a fresh deal with the Reds to further extend a spell at the club that began when he joined the youth ranks at the age of six.
