Chelsea and Manchester City are set to do battle in arguably the biggest match of the Premier League season so far.
The blues defeated the Citizens three consecutive times at the end of last season, including the UCL final match.
Pep Guardiola will be going to the match looking to end the losing streak against opposition manager, Thomas Tuchel. The Chelsea manager, on the other hand, will be planning yet another victory over his Spanish counterpart.
Chelsea's only injury doubts are Christian Pulisic and Edouard Mendy. Both players are in a race against time to be fit for the game.
Thomas Tuchel has an otherwise, fully fit squad for the game.
Manchester City have a long list of injury problems ahead of the game.
The list of players currently on the treatment table include John Stones, American Laporte, Rodri, Oleksandr Zinchenko, and Ilkay Gündogan.
It's going to be a difficult one for Pep Guardiola without multiple players but he has quality in squad depth to compete.

Player to watch
Chelsea: Reece James
Reece James is the man of the moment at Chelsea. He has 1 goal and 2 assists in just 3 appearances in the EPL this season.
The full back also provided an assist and scored the winning penalty in the EFL Cup game against Aston Villa.
The funny thing is that he may not start the game and if he doesn't, he will definitely be introduced to the game at some point to deal with the attacking threat of Jack Grealish, just as he dealt with Raheem Sterling in the UCL final.
Manchester City: Jack Grealish
Jack Grealish was Chelsea's tormentor when the blues played against Aston Villa last season.
He will be looking to continue from where he stopped last season in the weekend game.
Thomas Tuchel introduced the 3-5-2 formation in last 20 minutes of the game against Tottenham and it worked to a fault.
There is a very big possibility of the German going with the same formation and we could see Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner start together the first time this season.
In the defence, Antonio Rüdiger and Thiago Silva are guaranteed starters. Unfortunately, one of Andreas Christensen, César Azpilicueta and Reece James will have to be on the bench from the onset.
Pep Guardiola's lineups are usually difficult to predict but his injury problems make the predictions easier.
Rúben Dias and Nathan Ake are set to partner each other in the central defence with Fernandinho likely to also start in the absence of Rodri and Gündogan.
Kevin De Bruyne and Jack Grealish are the other players that will surely start the game.
Chelsea 1-1 Manchester City
Chelsea look the very slight favourites for the game but Pep Guardiola will be desperate not to make it 4 consecutive losses against the blues. A draw of some sort seems the likely result to happen.
