Barcelona captain and star man have been dropped by coach Ronald koeman for tomorrow's champions league game with Dynamo Kiev ,with a number of other big players missing too through injuries. Barcelona coach suggested that Messi and Frankie De Jong needs rest as they have been regular this season, while big players like Gerrard pique, Sergi Roberto, Samuel umtiti, Ansu fati , Sergio busquet,Araujo are all out due to injuries,. Barcelona are now left with no options than to bring in some Barca B players like Oscar Mingueza ,inaki Pena into the team as well as Matheus Fernandes making the squad for the first time since he joined Barca .

Barcelona have had a difficult start to the league campaign ,they are currently 13th on the league table with 11 points ,but they have been excellent in the champions league winning all three matches they have played , they will will have to win tomorrow to ensure qualifications to the next round of the competition.
