AC Milan to hold talks with Manchester United Star

Italian Giants, AC Milan will sit down with Manchester United at the end of this campaign to discuss the future of Portugual defender Diogo Dalot, according to reports from Italy.

Dalot moved to the Theatre Of Dreams from Porto in 2018, showing initial glimpses of promise, but has since fallen out of favour under Solskjaer, who didn't include defender in his plans for this campaign.

Dalot subsequently joined AC Milan on loan last summer and has impressed in Italy, making 29 outings in all competitions for the Serie A outfit

According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan are yet to decide over Diogo Dalot’s future and will discuss alternatives with the Red Devils once the current season ends.

The current plan, as stipulated back in the summer, states that the Portugual Star will return to the Threatre of Dreams once his loan deal expires, but it has been suggested that the Italian outfit want to keep him on a permanent terms.

It is claimed that qualification for the UEFA Champions League will play a vital shaping role in discussions between the 2 sides. Just 1 point separates 2nd-placed Napoli and Milan in 5th with 4 matches remaining in the Serie A season.
