Manchester United have reportedly shown interest in securing the services of 25-year-old Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu, according to reports.

The 25-year-old Turkey international, was in an excellent form for Leicester City during the last campaign, enjoying a regular first team start and played an integral role in their FA Cup title win against Chelsea.

The Ole Solskjaer Gunnar's side want to reinforce their defence ahead of the next season, and have been linked with world class defenders like Real Madrid duo Raphael Varane and Sergio Ramos, Sevilla Jules Kounde, Atletico Madrid Kieran Trippier among others.

Chelsea are one among the group of EPL clubs that have been credited with an interest in the Turkey defender, making them a close rival for Manchester United in the race for the Leicester City defender.
Caglar Soyuncu was able to play 23 Premier League matches for Leicester City in the last season and scored just a single goal.
