The Premier League Matchday five concluded yesterday after several matches went down in the competition as we witnessed outstanding performances from several teams. Some teams had luck on their side this week as they did well to secure maximum points from their various matches in the Premier League.

Some players were also fantastic as they contributed greatly to their teams' victories in the Premier League matchday five.

Well, here are all the Man Of The Match Award Winners in the Premier League this week.

1, Martin Odegaard.

The Norwegian Midfield Maestro was active for Arsenal in the Premier League this week as he led them to a narrow 1-0 victory over Burnley. The 22-year-old scored a sensational free-kick goal which gave the Gunners all three points at full-time.

2, Mohamed Salah.

Egyptian International, Mohamed Salah showed up for Liverpool this week when they faced Crystal Palace. The 29-year-old scored a goal in Liverpool's 3-0 thrashing of Crystal Palace at the Anfield Stadium.

3, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo made himself ever-present for Manchester United in the Premier League as he scored his third goal in the competition. The Portuguese international netted an easy goal which contributed to Man United's narrow 2-1 victory over West Ham United at the London Stadium.

4, Thiago Sliva.

Brazilian International, Thiago Sliva came through for Chelsea this week as he put up an impressive performance in the Premier League. The 36-year-old was strong defensively and also contributed to Chelsea's win by scoring a goal in their 3-0 thrashing of Tottenham at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

5, Ismalia Sarr.

Senegalese International, Ismaila Sarr was one of the star players in the Premier League matchday five. The 23-year-old put up an outstanding display by scoring two goals in Watford's comfortable 3-1 victory over Norwich City at the Carrow Road.


6, Shane Duffy.

Match: Brighton 2-1 Leicester City.

7, Ivan Toney

Match: Wolves 0-2 Brentford.

8, Leon Bailey.

Match: Aston Villa 3-0 Everton.

9, Allan Saint-Maximin
