Houssem Aouar Is Trying To Force A Transfer From Lyon, Will It Be To Arsenal?

Arsenal's plan for next season is well underway. The Gunners finished in the eight position in the Premier League standings last season and are looking to improve on that aspect next season. There have been reports of a massive squad rebuild going on at the Emirates stadium and they have been linked with moves for players like Ben White, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Eduardo Camavinga, Houssem Aouar, James Maddison, Renato Sanches, Andre Onana, and Alexander Isak.

The Gunners are close to announcing a move for Nuno Tavares from Benfica as the player is currently in London and is observing the UK'S 5 day compulsory self isolation. The player will be joining the Gunners after a fee of about 8 million pounds was agreed with his club Benfica.

Another Arsenal target is Houssem Aouar. The French midfielder who currently plays for Lyon was the subject of a transfer last summer when it was rumoured that Arsenal had already agreed a deal with his club Lyon but his agent requested for a high fee and the Gunners cancelled the transfer.

Latest reports have now emerged from the reliable news outlet (GFFN) that the Frenchman (Houssem Aouar) is currently trying to force a transfer move away from Lyon and has refused to follow his club on their pre-season tour

Lyon have issued a statement that the player is unwell, but GFFN revealed in a tweet that it wasn't true and the player was trying to get a move. Will Houssem Aouar get a move to Arsenal or to other clubs? Tell us your opinion in the comments section.
