REPORTS: Chelsea forward Armando Broja set to remain at the club next season despite several transfer interests

Without much doubts, Chelsea football club will most definitely remain keen on challenging the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool football club for some major trophies next season.

The West London club were in good form for the most part of the 2021/2022 football season where they ultimately finished in third position on the Premier League table.

However, after confirming the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen to Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively, the Blues are now willing to keep some of their key players.

And if reports are anything to go by, then Chelsea football club are refusing to offload highly-rated young centre-forward Armando Broja this summer transfer window.

The 20-year-old Albania International, who gained promotion to the Chelsea U-23 squad back in 2020 has been an important member of the team in recent seasons.

The young striker was sent out on loan to Southampton during the just concluded 2021/2022 season where he scored nine goals and created one assist in 38 appearances in all competitions.

His impressive performances while on loan at Southampton is believed to have attracted interests from a number of clubs, but according to reports from The Sun, the Blues are refusing to sell Armando Broja this summer.

The reports further claimed that Chelsea football club are aware that Armando Broja is attracting interests from Newcastle United and West Ham United but they do not want to sell him this summer.

It is said that Chelsea football club want to keep the highly-rated Armando Broja at Stamford Bridge next season and are now planning to hold talks with the £30million-rated striker.

It is believed that Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel views Armando Broja as an important part of his plans for the forthcoming 2022/2023 season and the manager is willing to keep him this summer.

But then, it remains to be seen if Armando Broja will choose to stay at Chelsea football club or he will be interested in a move to play regular first-team football elsewhere next season.
