Cristiano Ronaldo Reveals When He Will Retire From Playing Football

Cristiano Ronaldo, a Manchester United striker, has stated that he will retire from football when he is no longer capable of sprinting, dribbling, or shooting.

This was said by the Portugal captain ahead of Man United's Premier League match against Liverpool on Sunday.

Last month, Ronaldo became the all-time leading scorer in international football.

When asked about his international retirement by Sky Sports, the 36-year-old said, "But Why?" I don't believe it is yet my time. It's not about what other people want; it's about what I want.

"It's when I don't feel like I can run, dribble, or shoot because my power is gone... yet I still have that thing, so I want to keep going because I'm still driven." It's the most important word — [motivated] to perform my job, to make others happy, including my family, fans, and myself. I'd like to raise the bar even more.

"You mention Portugal, but I have the most goals, wins, assists... everything in the Champions League." But I'd like to continue. Football is something I enjoy doing. It makes me glad to make people happy."
