Why Iheanacho Might Lose His Place In Leicester City's Attack

Leicester City surged past Spartak Moscow 4-3 on Wednesday to take a big step toward advancing to the UEFA Europa League knockout stage. Patson Daka scored all four goals as he became the first Zambian international to score a hat-trick in a men's UEFA club competition.

Daka was on target at the weekend in Leicester City's 4-2 victory against Manchester United and his red-hot form could see him displace Kelechi Iheanacho from Brendan Rodgers' attack.

Iheanacho hadn't started a premier league game until Gameweek 7, when Brendan Rodgers decided to switch to a 3-5-2 formation. Iheanacho was impressive in the two games he started and showed good understanding with Jamie Vardy upfront.

However, Daka goal scoring form could see him get a run in the team and Iheanacho will certainly be the man to make way for him.

Rodgers will be happy with the healthy competition among his forward line and will have a big call to make at the weekend when the Foxes take on Brentford.
