Nigerian footballers are around the world, some are playing in Nigeria, some are in other African countries, some in Asia, and some others in Europe. The dream of most footballers is to play for European clubs, and that is why many of them celebrate the move.
The best football leagues in the world are in Europe, and this is one of the major reasons footballers want to play there. Pharco FC is a newly promoted side in Egypt, but when the opportunity to play in Europe, Anthony Lokosa grabbed it.
The striker used to play for Crown FC and 36 Lions FC before moving to Egypt, where he helped his team gain promotion to the Egypt Premier League. UD Almeria is a Spanish club that plays in La Liga Smart Bank, and he joined them on loan with an option to buy.
One of the advantages of loan deals for clubs is that the player is on probation, and he will work extra hard to deliver his best. He is the younger brother of Junior Lokosa, and he posted photos of himself wearing Almeria's jersey on Instagram.
He said he is ready for the new challenge and wants to work hard in his new club. His brother is happy for him and also congratulated him on Instagram.
Congratulations to him.
