Leo Messi's future at Barca came up in the media once again, after last night's dinner at his home, there were rumours that the Argentinian invited his teammates over to tell them he will not renew his contract with the club. However, according to reports from ESPN ARGENTINA, the Barca captain will renew for a further 2 years and Barca would do everything possible to bring Neymar Jr to the club.

With Messi likely to stay at Barcelona, Neymar's only wish is to play with the Argentine again. He wants to come back for that reason, and is waiting on a formal proposal from the club to take a decision.
Neymar's father has reached an agreement for the player's renewal with PSG until 2026. However, Neymar Jr has paralyzed the negotiations. If PSG lose today against Manchester City, his return to Barcelona could become a very real possibility this summer.
It is likely that we could be seeing Leo and Neymar share the same pitch one last time next season. If the Brazilian eventually agrees to join Barca, the club will rule out the signing of either Erling Halaand or Sergio Aguero.
