According to reports, Juventus will have to qualify for the Champions League next season, in other to have a chance of signing the Lyon star.

The Lyon star was close to signing a deal with Barcelona, but the deal broke down due to financial demands from the player and the club. Ronald Koeman who's anxious of having this Lyon striker in his team has began his hunt for the striker again, despite Barcelona's reluctance.

Memphis Depay has now registered 20 goals and recorded 9 assists to his name in 37 appearances in all competition.

According to rumors on Cristiano Ronaldo's exit from Juventus, the Italian side will have to look for a replacement for the Portuguese star in case he leaves the club.

Barcelona, who are now confident in signing Sergio Aguero from Manchester City on free transfer won't need the presence of Memphis Depay anymore.
